Once the 11-Man football season is over, the Florida Rhinos go into action with their 8-Man team. The 8-Man, team is led by Steven Chase-Hill, one of the Co-Principles of the Florida Rhinos organization and the 8-Man teams Head Coach. We will keep the 8-Man page updated weekly with results and future games. If you have the time, head on out and catch a game! 

NEXT GAME:

Saturday August 1st - the 8-Man Rhinos team are home to take on the Highland County Hurricanes.

Game 1: The Rhinos 8-Man team lost a close opening game to the Fire 40-48.

Game 2: The Rhinos at Tomahawks was canceled due to lightning! Makeup, TBD

Game 3: The Rhinos won 59-6 against the Tri-County Monsters.

Game 4: The Rhinos won 49-6 against the Steelers.

Game 5: The Rhinos won 51-0 against the Smoke City Sharks.

 Eight-man football is a form of gridiron football that shares the same rules and procedures, and structure as the traditional 11-man game, with a few minor differences. Eight-man football is played with eight players on offense and defense, three fewer than the 11-man game. It depends greatly on the type of formation used, but the eliminated players are commonly two offensive tackles and a skill position player on offense and one defensive back, one linebacker and one defensive lineman on defense.
